Tom Fletcher is the current Principal of Hertford College, Oxford. He was previously the British Ambassador to Lebanon between 2011 and 2015, as well as a Visiting Professor at New York University between 2015 and 2020. In 2018, he founded The Foundation for Opportunity which supports good people doing good things in public life.
